The hall is currently used for sports, cultural and commercial events both in summer and winter. Among other things, there have been events from the World Cup in ice hockey and the EM in handball for sports gala, torch prizes and concerts.

Håkons Hall is a flexible hall, where stands, rooms and floor surfaces can be combined depending on the number of people and the theme to become the perfect conference and exhibition hall. We can offer the entire 3500 sqm on one level and also have the Gold Factory, foyer and other rooms available. Together with our partners, we can tailor and offer everything you may need to complete a complete event for your company.

The climbing wall at Håkons Hall is Northern Europe’s most advanced indoor climbing wall. Towering 20 metres high and featuring six different climbing routes, various sections of the wall can be set at specific angles to tailor the desired level of difficulty. All climbing on the wall is based on use of your own equipment. For groups, climbing courses are available, as are competitions organised by experienced instructors. Drop-in or book reservations in advance.
