We have our own sale on the house, here we sell the most short-distance meat you can find. The animals have grazed in the immediate area, transported to us and and processed with us. We have our own sausage maker who makes the best sausages, burgers, chops and much more. In addition, we have our own meat cutters that conjure up the most beautiful cuts you can find on the animals.
The selection in the store sales varies from season to season and it constantly varies with which animals we get. We have producers of everything from pork to water buffalo so here you can find many good pieces of food.
