Birkebeinerrittet is one of the world's largest MTB race. The course is 86 km long, with start at Rena and finish in Lillehammer. All competitors must have passed 17 years of age and must carry a backpack of at least 3,5 kg throughout the race.

Birkebeinerrittet is one of the world's largest MTB race. The course is 86 km long, with start at Rena and finish in Lillehammer. All competitors must have passed 17 years of age and must carry a backpack of at least 3,5 kg throughout the race.

The bike ride is 86 km and crosses the mountain from Rena center to Håkons Hall in Lillehammer. The ride is a classic MTB ride suitable for both elite participants, athletes and tourists. Participants must carry a minimum of 3.5 kg sack throughout the ride and anyone who is 17 years old. 31.12.19 can participate. Birkebeinerrittet is part of Birkebeinertrippelen.
