The river Moksa in Tretten, have been used for hydro power production since 1909. During the flood in 1995 the river brought with it most of the riverbed, houses and a mill. To recover the riverbank and to prevent a new flood they have build a new man made concrete riverbank.

During the planning of this construction they got the idea to build a art park here with a team from the history and the happenings under the flood. A local artist got the job and today 10 years after the flooding, it now stands finished.

The park is well worth a visit.
