Optimal location for outdoor activities in summer and winter. Suitable for one or more families who want a cozy, practical and spacious cabin. Also excellent for training sessions - alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, roller skiing (gravel and asphalt), mountain biking and general bare ground, as well as trips into the mountains in well-marked hiking trails.
Direct access to one of the country's best and most stable cross-country skiing trails (ski in/ski out) 150 meters south. Access to the Olympic alpine trail network with "ski in" via Gaiastova-Midtåsvegen and "ski out" via Kringelåsvegen. 10 minutes walk or two minutes by car to Gaiastova where there is a ski lift, restaurant, sports and grocery store. Good parking conditions at the cabin for several cars with charging option for 2 electric cars (16 Amp).
Lunnstadmyrvegen 57 is a contemporary cabin with a total of 14 beds, internet, cable TV, sauna, steam shower, geothermal and underfloor heating. Laundry room with washing machine and good drying conditions for clothes/ski boots.
Main living room with 2 3-seaters, TV, wood-burning stove, large dining room and two exits to the terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture and outdoor lawn. Morning sun on south-facing and evening sun on west-facing terrace.
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Attic section on the 2nd floor with living room (lounge, TV and exit porch), bathroom, sauna and four-bed bedroom.

Bedroom 2: Double bed + bunk bed.
Bedroom 3: Double bed + bunk bed.
Bedroom 4 (2nd floor): Double bed + bunk bed.

Smoking or pets are not allowed.
The cottage has a large terrace with outdoor furniture. Barbecue in the ski shed that can be used. From the cabin there is direct access to groomed cross-country trails on Øyerfjellet and great hiking terrain in the autumn. There is a toll road to this housing unit. About 600 meters from Gaiastova restaurant and the family slope.
