Our mountains
Øyerfjellet is located on the east side of Gudbrandsdalen and borders Lillehammer and Ringsaker to the south, Ringebu to the north and Stor-Elvdal to the east. Here you will meet hikers of all kinds, - and everyone is equally cheerful.
Mountain hikes
Nevelfjellet is located midway between Hafjell and Nordseter and from the top you have a fantastic view of the valley and mountains At Nevelfjellet you will surely meet other hikers.
Cultural trail
Nowadays, the Mesna River has more historical interest than direct practical use. But in 1827, when the first step towards city status was taken for the area around Hammer farm, it was precisely the river that made the authorities in Christiania decide on a town at the north end of Mjøsa.

We welcome you to the Peer Gynt road. 60 km through part of Norway's most beautiful mountain world. The high mountain's main road through Gudbrandsdalen leads you straight into Peer Gynt's kingdom.
