Vingnesvika skating course wishes to facilitate ice skating on Lake Mjøsa throughout the winter season. The goal is to make a 400 meter course, a hockey course and a long course of 7 km from Vingnesvika to Vingrom church. Use of the courses is free and open to all. Vingnesvika ice skating track on lake Mjøsa is suitable for all, and welcomes schoolchildren and recreational exercisers as well as tourists.
The skates are available at the Vandreskoen store in Lillehammer, and picked up and delivered. Payable in cash or with Vipps since the income goes to Vingnesvika ice skating rink.
What do we have for lending:
Skating iron attached under cross-country boots with NNN binding. The best is to use skate or comb cross-country shoes, regular cross-country boots are too soft.
For children we have 25 sets of skates with NNN binding, loans of these skates to school classes are free.
How much does it cost?
To borrow a couple of skates one day costs 100, - can be paid in cash or with Vipps, revenues go to Vingnesvika Skøytebane. Lending skates for school classes are free.
