Catering menu Hafjell

We offer guests homemade, genuine and good food – made with love and care, from scratch with first-class ingredients. In addition to the taste of good ingredients and perfect combinations, it is also about something that brings people together and provides coziness. Catering must be ordered no later than 7 days before arrival.

GENERALLY OTHER WANTS:
If you have any requests for vegetarian/vegan dishes, please contact us and we will help you. The same applies to any intolerances - we adapt the menu according to wishes.

PRICES:
All prices are stated per person and incl. VAT. We reserve the right to change prices in the event of special orders and price increases with our suppliers. The agreed price is the prices described in the order confirmation. Delivery/delivery of catering NOK 800 per delivery

PAYMENT:
Corporate customers: 10 days from completed catering or by appointment. Private customers: Pay by bank card/credit card when delivering/ordering. We have a bank terminal with us.

EQUIPMENT:
All food is delivered in trays and thermo boxes. These MUST be delivered back to Hafjell Hotel, the day after delivered catering. The buyer is responsible for reimbursing the seller's replacement cost for equipment that has not been returned within 3 days or delivery or that is broken at the time of return. Price for not delivered is NOK 200 per thermal box. It is possible to rent crockery, glasses, cutlery and other equipment, contact us for price.

CANCELLATION ROUTINES CATERING/PARTY:

CHANGE OF QUANTITY:
Changes in quantities made between 7-3 days before delivery/arrival will be charged with 50% of the cancelled quantity. Changes later than 2 days before arrival/delivery will be charged with 100% of the total amount.

CANCELLATION:
Cancellation can be made in its entirety up to no later than 7 days before arrival/delivery. Cancellation later than 7 days before arrival/delivery will be invoiced with 50% of the invoice amount. Cancellation later than 2 days before arrival/delivery will be invoiced with 100% of the invoice amount
