CHRISTMAS CATERING

Hafjell hotel offers guests homemade, genuine and good food - made with love and care. The food is made from scratch with local ingredients. In addition to the taste of delicious ingredients and perfect combinations, it is also about something that brings people together - that gives coziness! Our menus are based on ingredients from Øyerfjellet and the district around Øyer.

We cater for allergy sufferers, vegetarians and those who have special needs or wishes.

CHRISTMAS PARTY

Cold food: Smoked salmon (30 grams) with scrambled eggs, Kjøkkenet's aquavit cured salmon (30 grams) with mustard sauce, pickle (30 grams) with coarse mustard, rakfisk (50 grams) with sour cream, red onion and leek, Gjestegården's roast beef (50 grams) with homemade potato salad, lefse, bread, flatbread and butter. Contains: Fish, mustard, eggs, milk and gluten.

Hot food: Ribs (3 pieces per person), medister cakes (2 pieces per person), Christmas sausage (1 piece per person), sauerkraut, red cabbage, cranberries, almond potato and rib fat. Contains: Eggs and milk.

Desserts: Rice cream with red sauce Contains: Milk and gluten NOK 725,- per person
Optional: Pinnekjøtt (250 grams per person) with traditional accompaniments. Contains: Milk NOK 265,- per person

CHRISTMAS DINNER 1

Starter: Rakfisk served with lefse, red onion, sour cream and almond potato Contains: fish, gluten and milk.
Main course: Ribs, medister cake, Christmas sausage, sauce, potatoes and red cabbage/sauerkraut Contains: egg and milk.
Dessert: Cheesecake or rice cream Contains: egg, milk, gluten NOK 525,- per person

CHRISTMAS DINNER 2

Starter: Rakfisk served with lefse, red onion, sour cream and almond potato Contains: fish, gluten and milk
Main course: Pinnekjøtt, vossa sausage, potato and Root mash Contains: Milk
Dessert: Cheesecake or rice cream Contains: Egg, gluten and milk NOK 595,- per person

Prices: All prices are stated per person and incl. VAT.

Hafjell Hotell reserves the right to change the prices in the event of special bookings and price increases with our suppliers. The agreed price is the prices described in the order confirmation. In addition, there is transport of NOK 1000 per delivery.

Payment: Corporate customers: 10 days from completed catering or by appointment.

Private customers: Pay by bank card/visa upon delivery. We have a bank terminal with us.

Equipment: All food is delivered in trays and thermo boxes. These must be returned to Hafjell Hotell, Hundervegen 33 the day after catering. The buyer is responsible for reimbursing the seller for equipment that has not been returned within 3 days after delivery, or that is broken at the time of return. The price for undelivered equipment is NOK 200,- per thermal box.
