The gondola in Hafjell

Hafjell Gondola gives you an easier and more comfortable way to get up the mountain. From the disembarkation at Mosetertoppen you will find great hiking trails, whether you are going on foot or cycling. The gondola is adapted for both wheelchair users and families with prams. In winter, you are right in the heart of the winter idyll at Mosetertoppen, with perfect access to both alpine and cross-country skiing.

In just 10 minutes, the gondola takes you a whopping 586 meters up from the valley. This is a unique opportunity to enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of Gudbrandsdalen. The hiking terrain from Mosetertoppen is suitable for everyone, whether you prefer a leisurely walk or a more fast-paced bike ride. The gondola also has room for bicycles, and the journey itself takes place comfortably in cabins with room for eight people.

One of the highlights, the Gondola, opened on December 10, 2006 and is one of the largest investments in Hafjell ski resort. With a total length of 2470 meters, the gondola lifts you straight up to Mosetertoppen at 781 meters above sea level. For those who want a shorter trip, the intermediate boarding at Klingenberg (475 masl) can be used.

At the top of the gondola, you will find Skavlen Restaurant, where you can relax and enjoy the view of Hafjell and the majestic Gudbrandsdalen. The area also offers family-friendly hiking trails and exploration opportunities for young and old alike. For cycling enthusiasts, there is a well-developed network of trails, and MTB equipment can be both rented and maintained at Hafjell Bike Shop.
