Child-friendly hotel

Hafjell hotel is a favorite among families with children, and there are many good reasons for that. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant and our own "family room" with a play corner where the children can play while the adults finish eating. There are also separate menus for the children, so it should be easy to find something everyone likes. We have several high chairs, and it is easy to get around with a stroller. In the family living room we have a pool table and in the fireplace room you will find air hockey tables that are perfect for the older children.

Hafjell playland is the nearest neighbor, and hotel guests have free admission here between 6 and 9 p.m. every day. We point out that the playland is unmanned at these times, and that an adult must accompany the children. During the playland's regular opening hours, hotel guests have a 50% discount on entrance tickets.

It's a short distance to Lilleputthammer Family Park, and the little mascot Ola visits the hotel daily at breakfast throughout July. Remember to order this year's Ola's Super Package because it usually sells out.

The hotel has 16 family rooms consisting of a bunk bed as well as a double bed, which are very popular with families with children holidaying in the area, or you can choose a suite with two or three rooms to make your stay extra comfortable.

In Hafjell there are plenty of opportunities for exciting activities, both summer and winter! In winter, there are 3 separate areas for children, but easy lifts, gentle slopes with fun slalom gates. These are perfect areas to learn how to have fun skiing - for the whole family. The family slopes are completely free to use.

Holders of Ola's Super Package have their own fast track when there is a queue at the entrance. Hafjell Hotel is only 100 meters from Lilleputthammer Family Park. Hunderfossen Family Park is 3 km from the hotel. As a guest at Hafjell Hotel, you stay in the middle of the "hot spot" during your summer holiday.

The restaurant at Hafjell Hotel has been converted into practical and pleasant living rooms. The restaurant serves lunch and a la carte. Our kitchen invites you to good taste experiences in a relaxed atmosphere, and gives you the opportunity to try both new and traditional dishes. The restaurant is popular with locals throughout the Lillehammer region. We have many guests who visit us often to be able to eat good food in pleasant surroundings.
